Dr. Glen Zielinski is a Chiropractic Physician and Board Certified Functional Neurologist. He graduated Suma Cum Laude from Parker College of Chiropractic in September 2000. He was the Valedictorian of his class, and received numerous awards including the largest scholarship in the chiropractic profession. He completed his neurology training with the Carrick Institute for Clinical Neuroscience, graduated first in his class, and became board certified as a Chiropractic Neurologist in 2003. He was hired as an Assistant Professor of Neurology with the Carrick Institute.
He founded Northwest Functional Neurology in 2006.
His work was featured in the Netflix series Afflicted, which focused on sufferers of chronic diseases.
He is on the Board of the Brain Injury Alliance of Oregon and lectures for them as well to many different healthcare professional groups. He is a member of the Oregon Chiropractic Association and received the OCA’s Education Award in 2019.

She has been involved in three chirorpactic mission trips to central America where chiropractic care was so enthusiastically received that hundreds of people would be lined up and waiting at the benginning of her treatment day.
In 2010 she embarked on course work to earn a degree in Chiropractic Neurology and after taking 475 classroom hours and passing a rigorous board examination, received her certifcation in 2012, becoming one of only a handful of Chiropractic Neurologists in the state of Oregon.
Dr. Swingen blends a warm compassion, persistence, a variety of chiropractic techniques, and a quarter-century of clinical skill and experience to attain optimum results for her patients. She is proud to be a doctor her community of patients can depend upon for excellent, same-day care. Her degree in chiropractic neurology has allowed her to assist her patients with even more precision and many of her colleagues throughout the state refer their more difficult cases to her for her expertise.
She is a member of the Oregon Chiropractic Association and is the president of its Functional Chiropractic Council. She is also a member of the International Chiropractic Association, the American Chiropractic Neurology Board, and the International Association of Functional Neurology and Rehabilitation. She has completed 400 hours of training in the treatment of concussion and mild traumatic brain injury.
Dr. Swingen has published research in the peer-reviewed literature as a result of her work in the field of neurological rehabilitation (Integrative Medicine: A Clinician's Journal, April/May 2017).
