I hereby apply for a membership with the “Oregon Chiropractic Association” (OCA), a professional association.  I understand that this association is a membership-based association that functions as a 501(c)(6) that has an established set of “Bylaws” and a “Mission Statement”.  I further understand that there are dues associated with this membership.  I understand that my application is subject to approval and that the membership is initially for 12 months and cannot be cancelled within the initial year. I will have dues paid in a timely manner in order to keep my membership in good standing.  I agree that this membership automatically renews each year.  After one year, if I decide to resign, I will do so in writing with 30 days notice.

Student memberships are available at no cost to students that are currently enrolled in a Chiropractic College or University in Oregon or elsewhere in the US.    Student members can access the OCA office staff to answer questions that they may have as they approach their licensing and look to get started in the profession.    The chiropractic college or university name and date of graduation is part of the application process.    There are special programs from time to time that offer some scholarship monies to those student members that are looking to stay in Oregon after graduation to practice.
