Naota Hashimoto, DC, is a chiropractor, technology co-founder, and healthcare systems strategist. After recovering from a head-on collision through chiropractic care, he dedicated his career to helping patients and improving clinical outcomes.  
 
Dr. Hashimoto built a multi-million-dollar practice in La Quinta, CA, and later co-founded TrackStat, a AI automation suite for chiropractic EHRs now used in over 1,000 clinics nationwide. His work focuses using AI automation to help practices increase patient visits through treatment plan adherence and reducing operating costs through automation and integration.   

His mission is to help chiropractors operate a more profitable practice, raising the medium income, which will drive more students to consider chiropractic as a career path moving forward. Higher incomes won’t fix everything, but it does make it easier for chiropractors to joint their association and support the profession.
