Lori Holt, RN-BC

NCMIC

After attending Lori Holt's program, doctors will be armed with all the information they need to tackle timely topics. Ms. Holt engages the audience with the real-life practical issues that confront Doctors of Chiropractic.

Before joining NCMIC in 2012, Lori worked as a nurse for 30 years. Her extensive nursing background in cardiology has provided her with a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Among other things, she has significant experience making rounds in the hospital with cardiologists and performed cardiac triage in the emergency room and in house prior to the physician’s exam.

In addition, Lori has worked as an emergency room nurse manager, and she and her husband previously owned a business where they taught employees at industrial companies basic life support and emergency care techniques.

This combined background enables Lori to share hands-on tips and guidance to DCs as they face the ever-changing world of healthcare.
